I’M GLAD YOU’RE HERE

With a deep background in food culture, I’ve studied traditional cooking methods, Ayurveda, food heritage, and folk herbalism—blending these skills to create nourishing experiences rooted in seasonal rhythms. My work honors the connection between food, herbs, and community, offering seasonal meals, herbal support, and handcrafted goods that celebrate nourishment and tradition.

At Suncatcher Farm in Petaluma, I grow herbs and flowers, crafting value-added products with our harvest and ingredients from local collaborators like beekeepers and oil producers. I offer classes throughout Sonoma County and share my handcrafted goods at farmers markets with Suncatcher, as well as at the farm stand.

Through my work, I hope to inspire a deeper connection to food, herbs, and the traditions that sustain us. I invite you to explore, learn, and celebrate the rhythms of the seasons—whether through nourishing meals, herbal support, or gathering in community. Find me at the farm stand, a local class, or the farmers market!
