I have complete trust that the remedies we seek for harmony between the mind, body, and soul are already at the tips of our fingers and woven into our DNA. I believe that if we want to live with more vitality and enjoy the romantic mystery of life, we must integrate ourselves with nature's rhythms and take full responsibility for our own role in our health. I am dedicated to learning and embodying methods of slow and regenerative living that have been passed down through centuries to help achieve this balance. These methods include both Ayurvedic and Western medicine, old food ways, regenerative ranching, folk herbalism, physiology, and different forms of movement as medicine. A contract will be sent out with the set rate for your event. There will be a deposit (50%) in order to secure your date and is due day of.

Yes! Up to 3 weeks before the event, you can receive a full refund. Anything past the grace period will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. I understand we live in complicated times and will try to work as best as possible with you if you need to cancel.

Yes! I am a traveling chef and would gladly commute for an event. Please refer reach out and I will be more than happy to discuss this in further detail.

Client’s kitchens’ are my preferred setting for any cooking classes. I find it the most comfortable for anyone taking a class.

No problem! Give at least 48 hours in advance to adjust product ratios. With change of size, there will be a payment adjustment according to the increase.

Cooking at your home is my preferred method for postpartum. That way, I can be there to assist you and your family with other needs if they arise.
