Catering Services:

The Caterer will provide the following catering services for the mentioned event:

  1. Menu: The Client has approved the menu and headcount

  2. Service Staff: The Caterer will provide service staff as required to set up, serve, and clean up the catering area.

  3. Equipment and Decor: The Caterer will provide any necessary equipment and decor as agreed upon in the catering package.

Payment and Terms:

  1. Payment Schedule: The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% on the total due at the signing the Contract to secure the date. The remaining 50% is due at the time of the event.

  2. Payment Method: Payments can be made via Venmo, checks, or bank transfers.

  3. Additional Costs: Any additional services or changes requested by the Client beyond the scope of the Contract will incur additional costs, payable before the event.

Cancellation:

  1. If the Client cancels the Contract 21 days or more before the event date, the Client will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.

  2. If the Client cancels the Contract 20 days or less before the event date, the Client will be responsible for the full balance due as stated in the Contract.

Liability:

  1. The Caterer will not be liable for any allergies, illnesses, or adverse reactions resulting from the consumption of the food or beverages provided.

  2. The Client is responsible for any damage to the equipment, decor, or property of the Caterer during the event.

Force Majeure:

In the event that the Caterer cannot fulfill its obligations under the Contract due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, natural disasters, or other events beyond the Caterer's control, the Client will receive a full refund of any payments made.

Insurance:

The Caterer maintains liability insurance and will provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.

Governing Law:

The Contract will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of California.

Entire Agreement:

The Contract represents the entire agreement between the Client and the Caterer and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.
